Day 5: What is on your personal wish list this year?

So I’m not about to sit here and tell you I don’t love to get presents, because that would be a lie and I am no liar. But to be completely honest, I am of an age where I LOVE it when people buy me things that I need. So I’m basically boring. But I’ll write a little list of indulgent too-spendy -for-me-to-justify-buying-for-myself gifts I’d love but would never ask for just to keep things interesting for ya ;)

Yes, I am a nerd, but I also love decadent girly things. You have been warned.

Dear Santa,

For Christmas this year, I would love:

A Fitbit! I love that the new ones track your heart rate – I have asthma so exercise makes my heart die a little bit. Not really but it feels like it. I’ve been slowly trying to improve my lung function but let me tell ya, it’s a STRUGGLE. Anyway, I just think these are cool :)

Because the two editions I own obviously aren’t enough!

A Shiseido eyelash curler – you guys would laugh if you saw the state of my current eyelash curler. It’s quite pathetic. I desperately need a new one.

The Hourglass ambient light edit. I’ve been coveting this since I discovered it’s existence. Have you seen these highlights? Freaking gorgeous.

I have the first one, but I would love to have the complete trilogy. I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned my obsession with the Hobbit on this blog? Well, let me tell ya, OBSESSED.

So that’s my silly list of girly indulgences. But I feel like I should mention the song “My Grown-Up Christmas List” because that’s what immediately came to mind when writing this post. If you have not heard it, you should go look it up right now!
